I am a London-based beauty and product photographer working from my studio in Kentish Town, creating imagery for skincare, cosmetics, haircare and jewellery brands across campaigns, e-commerce and editorial.

Every project starts with the same question: what does this product actually feel like in someone's hand and how do we make a viewer believe that through a still image? For skincare and cosmetics, that might mean lighting a serum so its texture reads as convincingly on screen as it does on skin, or capturing the exact moment a cream catches the light without losing the colour accuracy a brand needs for their packaging match. For haircare, it's about movement and shine that holds up whether the final use is a product detail shot, a before-and-after story, or a full campaign hero image. For jewellery, it's precision at a scale where a fraction of a millimetre of focus or a stray reflection changes the whole read of the piece.

A biochemist by training before I became a photographer, I bring the same rigour to a shoot that I once brought to a lab bench. That means I notice the things that undermine a beauty image before they become a problem in retouching - a misaligned prop, a smudge on glass, a single stray hair, an inconsistency in colour between the swatch and the final crop. It also means I understand the products I'm shooting, not just how to light them, which makes conversations with in-house marketing and NPD teams faster and more useful.

I offer full-service production for brands that need more than a photographer for the day: pre-production and shot-list planning, casting and crew hire, on-set styling coordination, and post-production across stills and motion, so a campaign or e-commerce shoot arrives ready to publish rather than needing a second round of sourcing once the images are back. Recent work spans skincare and cosmetics launch campaigns, product detail photography for e-commerce and PDP pages, editorial beauty stories for print and digital titles, and jewellery and haircare campaigns for both direct-to-consumer and retail brands.
